Gregarius Changes

I made a few more changes to my Gregarius ‘frames’ theme. I also made a change to my installation of Gregarius that hides feeds with no unread items. That change is available as a patch. It is currently awaiting approval for inclusion in the main codebase.

This is the most streamlined my feed reading has ever been(well, it was more streamlined when I only watched 10 feeds).
